The perfect espresso

To remove coffee hit the filter on the unloading area.

Remove remaining coffee from the filter with  a brush.

Run the water in the filter holder for a few seconds to remove the residues of the previous extraction.

Dry the filter holder with a cloth (better with a microfiber one).

Evenly press the coffee with an additional rotation of the tamper using a force of 25 Kg.

Check if the coffee is evenly pressed and as horizontal ad possible.

Hook the filter holder to the espresso machine with a firm clockwise rotation. It must be firmly hooked to its holder.

Extract the coffee, for about 25 seconds. The leakage should be regular and continuous.

Enjoy your coffee, preferably with a Filicori Zecchini cup.
