Our training school offers tailor-made coffee courses for each professional.
We start with a basic course, but we also offer latte art, creative coffee making, brewing workshops, as well as the brand new IEI courses (Espresso Italiano Tasting and Espresso Italiano Specialist) for professionals, and courses valid for SCA certification. Finally, we also have courses dedicated to curious coffee enthusiasts.

SCA courses
Create or continue your training with us
SCA stands for Speciality Coffee Association and is the world's most influential association for the promotion of coffee excellence. Each Specialization Module is available in three different levels, with different scores in each level. Upon reaching 100 points you will be awarded the SCA diploma based on coffee competency.

Become an Espresso Italiano Tasting or Espresso Italiano Specialist!
Italian Espresso Tasting
The Italian Espresso Tasting course, hosted by Filicori Zecchini's Laboratorio dell'Espresso, allows you to learn how to evaluate the cup of espresso.
If you pass the final exam, you will be eligible for the Coffee Taster license. During the day-long course, in our classrooms, participants are required to go through an initial theoretical part and then test themselves in practice, moving on to tasting.
Italian Espresso Specialist
The Italian Espresso Specialist course, hosted by Filicori Zecchini's Laboratorio dell'Espresso, allows you to learn how make the "perfect espresso" by following the rules by the IEI.
If you pass the final exam you will be qualified as a Certified Italian Espresso Service Operator. The course, which lasts one day (8 hours), consists of a theoretical and a practical part.
