Master the art of coffee preparation with the Pour-Over V60 by Filicori Zecchini. Our expert guide will take you on a journey to create a smooth and flavorful brew, allowing you to savor the true essence of your coffee beans.

This preparation method enhances every aroma

1

The Pour Over (pour from the top) V60 method uses three simple stuments: a portafilter made of ceramic, glass, or other materials; a paper filter; and a heat-resistant glass pot. The name comes simply from the size of the angle of the portafilter, precisely 60°, which allows perfect percolation of the coffee.

Heat the water (330 ml approx.) to a temperature between 92°C - 96°C.

4

Wet the filter with warm water to remove the papery taste and make the filter adhere to the filter holder. Remember to remove percolated water.
