Quality starts with the harvest. We work with the plantations at origin.

The processing method – natural or washed – shapes the flavour and aroma of the coffee.

Transport
Careful transport preserves the quality of the coffee from its lands of origin to Bologna.

Roasting
Each origin is roasted separately by our roaster, who has worn the apron for more than 25 years.

Packing
The packaging materials we use are state of the art and ensure maximum protection.
