Forte
A bold aroma. Our fullest-bodied blend.
Forte is a blend with a complex, bold character, typical of the coffees loved in Southern Italy. It has an intense, rich aroma, a very full-bodied, round and balanced taste and very little acidity. The aroma is marked by notes of toasted cereals and a fine, balanced aftertaste.
- Origins: Brazil (Arabica), India and Vietnam (Robusta), roasted separately.
- Three grinds: for espresso, for moka and for French press.
- Vacuum pack in a metal tin.

Our process starts with the search for the best coffees. Each single origin is roasted separately, with a dedicated profile, to respect its identity, bring out its aromatic characteristics and build the balance of the final taste.
