Finca Habesha Sidamo gr.2

An elegant, lively Ethiopian aromatic experience.

All the finesse and complexity of the best Ethiopian Arabicas. The high altitude slows the ripening of the cherries, allowing intense, refined aromas to develop. In the cup it stands out for a bright, fruity profile, with notes of caramel, ripe peach and a pleasant acidity. The body is smooth and the sweetness natural.

In Ethiopia, coffee is not just a drink but a daily ritual. Here, in the lands where Coffea Arabica still grows wild, one of the most authentic and fascinating coffees in the world has its origin. Thanks to exceptional climatic conditions, Ethiopia is today Africa's leading producer and one of the main players on the world coffee scene. The washed process enhances its bright acidity and floral notes.
