The taste reveals a substantial, well-balanced body. The acidity is moderate but lively. The complex aroma has a light almond note and a pleasant hint of nougat and cocoa. The coffee is decaffeinated with ethyl acetate, a solvent obtained by fermenting sugar cane, which preserves the aromatic characteristics of the individual origins.
