SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS

Product shipments and deliveries can be made only within the territories of the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Turkey.

Gifize will only ship purchased products to the destination address specified in the order.

We do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes.

Gifize will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the Customer, approximately within 3 (three) working days after acceptance of the order.

Delivery is generally within 5 working days.

The times given for receipt of the goods are indicative.

Delivery charges are billed based on the rates shown on the Site on the date the order was sent.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying any taxes and customs charges provided for by the regulations in force in the country of destination of the products.

The courier is responsible for delivery.

Gifize undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or late delivery of products through Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the Customer in protecting their rights as provided by law.
