Commitment and passion for quality have always been the values shared by Filicori Zecchini and Turin pastry chef Luca Montersino. Choosing each other and starting a path of collaboration was the natural consequence of this elective affinity. Two worlds, haute patisserie and quality coffee, naturally destined to interact: coffee is an ingredient in many preparations, but also the main pairing for tasting white art preparations.
Who is Luca Montersino?
Born in Turin in '73, Luca Montersino is a veritable volcano of ideas and initiatives: chef, consultant, lecturer, director from 2001 to 2004 of the Istituto Superiore Arti Culinarie Etoile Chef, television personality, foodmanager and writer of cookbooks that have met with great success. In 2004, his first laboratory "Golosi di Salute" was established in Alba, paving the way for the concept of healthy pastries and immediately enjoying great success. In fact, openings in Turin, Rome, Florence, Tokyo and New York followed. In the same years he became the protagonist of numerous television programs including: Peccati di Gola (Sins of the Throat) and Accademia Montersino aired on Alice Tv and author of numerous bestselling cookery and pastry books. Founder with chef Francesca Maggiodi of Icook, a cooking and pastry academy. Together with Romina Imbrescia, an enterprising and energetic collaborator and partner, in 2020 he launched lucamontersino.com the world's first interactive web school. Luca Montersino's great communication skills make his courses accessible to professionals and amateurs alike.
