Our process starts with the search for the best coffees. Each single origin is roasted separately, with a dedicated profile, to respect its identity, bring out its aromatic characteristics and build the balance of the final taste.

I normally enjoy this coffee, and when they are good, it’s really good. But the delivery fee to the UK is too expensive for numbe of the days it takes, and it is very inconsistent with freshness of the coffee beans, one I received this week tastes awful.

Ciao, questo caffè è davvero meraviglioso. Ha il sapore di una vacanza al sole in Italia. Lo prepariamo con la nostra macchina da caffè completamente automatica. È forte, ma morbido e, soprattutto, non amaro. In poche parole, è delizioso e quindi il nostro caffè preferito. D'ora in poi lo ordineremo più spesso.
