HOW IS WHITE CHOCOLATE MADE?
White chocolate is the only kind of chocolate that does not contain any cocoa powder. It is made from milk, sugar and cocoa butter, a vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean, which is also present, in smaller amounts, in milk and dark chocolate. Cocoa butter is rich of benefits: it does not contain any cholesterol and it has a high content of antioxidants and palmitic acid.
