The full and unique taste of the exquisite gianduia chocolate from Turin in a two flavor cremino, a precious praline rich with intense sensations that you won't be able to resist.
Cavour revisits the cremino tradition in its sweetest version. Two layers of milk gianduia chocolate enclose a heart of soft white gianduia chocolate in a mix of flavors that is both classic and irresistible. The main protagonist of this precious chocolate is the "tonda" hazelnut, from the Langhe area of Piedmont, with its unmistakable and timeless flavor. Cavour is a perfect chocolate to be tasted on its own or with a cup of delicate Arabica coffee.
CAMILLO BENSO CAVOUR
Camillo Benso Cavour was named the first Prime Minister when his city, Turin, became the capital of the new Kingdom of Italy in 1861. Lover of good food and good wine, Cavour used to produce a great Barolo wine, with which he accompanied his most famous recipe, a risotto with parmesan and tomato au gratin. Cavour was also a frequent patron at Bicerin, a historical café in Turin where the chocolate, coffee and whipped cream drink of the same name has been invented.
